Our Mission

Our mission is to empower Latinos in agriculture globally through family-focused initiatives rooted in conscious capitalism and the UN's SDGs. We educate on emerging markets, foster regenerative farming, and prioritize the prosperity and sustainability of the family farm. With a dedicated focus on international, generational and cross cultural exchange, we aim to revitalize rural areas by leveraging technology and culture, and facilitating knowledge transfer for enduring resilience and prosperity across Latino agricultural communities.

To create a world where Latino Farmers and Ranchers thrive globally, driven by a youth-centered approach, conscious capitalism, and alignment with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Our vision encompasses a digitally empowered community, educated in carbon credits and committed to regenerative agricultural practices.

As an organization we have strategic pillars that define our path, which are the following:

We provide continuous education on new trends in emerging markets and global opportunities in the agricultural sector. We focus on disseminating knowledge on advanced, sustainable farming techniques that can be implemented into everyday farming practices to improve both the performance and sustainability of farming operations.

We encourage the adoption of regenerative agriculture as the core of our agricultural practices, promoting techniques that restore and revitalize the land. These practices include crop rotation, conservation agriculture, sustainable water and soil management, and integrating biodiversity into agricultural landscapes.

We integrate the principles of conscious capitalism into all our activities, ensuring that our business works benefit all stakeholders: employees, communities, suppliers, and the environment.
